Overall average life expectancy was so low in the past because high infant mortality lowers the averages by a lot. But even looking at average life expectancy for 20-yr-olds in 1900, the best case scenario for his "Ottoman Empire" BS, women lived to 62, men to 61. He's full of shit, as they all are.

With all the people I see dying before they even hit 64 I don't know who he is talking about. He isn't talking about people who have actually "WORKED" their entire lives. That man prob. has never held a shovel or hoed a row in his LIFE! We are all dying long before "they" do!
