Introverts think before we speak. Extroverts speak before they think.

A simple way to create a more inclusive space for both is for extroverts to pause and allow space for introverts to think and speak.

There's wisdom in knowing when to talk and when to listen.

I dislike that the advice often given to introverts is to be more extroverted.

Nah, tell them extroverts to stop sucking up all the air and energy out of every room.

In response to Timara (she/her).
Growing up I was a terrible introvert...being a mailman on a walking route cured me of that

Not a cure (it isn’t a disease) but a strategy.

Recommend reading Susan Cain’s “Quiet”. It’s like the missing manual for introverts.
