It is cold much of the year in Canada, but there are some ways to come in such as individual rehabilitation program, pardon, or record suspension if that works for you.

I’ve never heard of these, and I’m definitely interested.

I’m a homebody anyways so with
climate change maybe winters have been milder?

Unfortunately I don’t speak French, but am definitely open to possibilities of living there for my health alone.

I don't speak French either 😀 The primary language in many provinces is English and you'll get by just fine in most provinces except Quebec which tends to be Francophone (French speaking).
