When Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge is eventually rebuilt, I think they should install a monument at the entrance to memorialize the contributions of its hard-working construction workers — especially any who were injured or killed during the construction.

Who agrees?

I was thinking that same thing today as my husband and I were traveling through the Harbor Tunnel.

And they should rename the bridge for Freddie Gray instead of Francis Scott Key, who was a racist...

I agree. And, I think it sounds like something Secr Pete would agree with, as well.

Perhaps, drop him a note with the suggestion?

won't happen - all the construction workers that died were immigrants.

They could use a web configuration and rename it after W.E.B. DuBois.

I think that is a beautiful sentiment and one I trust the families of those who lost their lives and the ones who lived through is would be honored.
