Nothing can go wrong. In fact, I wouldn't doubt they are doing it at that time, partly, because the Moon would be screening out solar radiation to an extra degree, cutting down on interference with the experiment. Just a theory.

Oh yea they (different countries) are also shooting rockets at the moon during the eclipse.
