I always make a double batch of challah, which makes 4 loaves, so that we can have french toast. My trick is to wrap and freeze 2 loaves for later, and it always comes out perfectly! Plus, the kids have breakfast for a week! 😋 #SpoutibleBakes #SpoutibleCooks

The challah is the basic challah recipe in Modern Jewish Baker by Shannon Sarna. The egg mixture I use includes eggs, cinnamon milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. I cook it in a little butter. That's it. Good luck!
