I Am Not Ok Ok

One thing that isn't talked about with BPD, is the eating disorder. I spent a good amount of time going hungry as a kid, so now it takes a huge amount of effort and mindfulness, to eat properly. My goal is to eat one meal a day, until it's a habit, then I'll go for two. How do you break bad habits?
