I learned a new word today, juice jacking... 🫣 Malware installed through a corrupted USB port can lock a device or export personal data and passwords directly to the perpetrator. Good news it isnt known to have happened yet but this post describes How to avoid it :

Yes, I have heard of this years ago. I traveled a lot for work. I try to keep devices charged up before.
