My tomatoes were all planted on the same day. See the big ones in the middle? Those are Costoluto Fiorentinos. They're massive compared to everyone else. I grew Costoluto Genovese last year and in 6 weeks they were over 24" tall. I think Costolutos are the growing champs. #gardening

What's their growing season like? Not starting mine until this weekend - given when we can get into the ground.

May 15 is our 90% confidence last frost day. May 7 if you're feeling lucky. I time mine to go out May 15. Yeah, short growing seasons require excellent timing.

We normally aren't in the ground until the 3rd week of May. I try to do tomotoes that are between 55 and 65 days, because we don't know what September could bring.
