I am a non-celiac gluten sensitive, and there is a gluten-free bread that is very close to the real thing. It's soft and pliable, toasts well, and doesn't fall apart easily. It's the Whole Foods house 360 brand. There are white and whole grain versions, and you'll find them in the freezer section.

I have had many bunless burgers because most hamburgers
because they are 23 g of carbs alone. Not about calories but Carbs in stuff. We get too much carbs at night plus when eating carbs should be balanced with fats and protein to slow carb absorption.
