Firstly, congratulations for being in remission! That's huge. AML is insidious and many people with AML never get there.
Secondly, you are heard. Sending you love and hugs 💛🫂.
Wishing you comfort in the short term, health and happiness in the long term.

That's VERY unusual. I lost my my best friend to AML last year.
Another good friend writes medical research papers for super smart scientists who cannot communicate with normal humans. Ironically, she started writing for a group of Leuk researchers shortly after he was diagnosed, so I learned a lot.

Am being treated at top Cancer center in mid-south
They are thrilled w/ how well I am responding, never expected to get me in remission from both. I have been since Dec. they are thrilled, so am I but numb too. It is all so unreal,

Thank you. I can't even imagine how you must feel. Every about AML is indeed scary. Maybe your earlier CML diagnosis is actually a good thing? Anything that breaks the pattern of AML might help. Alot of breakthroughs with Leuk are often due to the unexpected. I'll be thinking of you 💛
