Yep they're bringing in territorial law.

I do see them making a pitstop to 1983 or so to get rid of Griswold v. Connecticut, then they can start picking away at the Civil Rights Act. The Constitution didn't protect us (as Jim Crow for example is post-13-and-14th amendments). Very dire.
