Our induction stove was installed a week ago and I adore cooking on it. Food comes to a boil much faster than my gas stove and you can adjust the temp and it responds very quickly. The smooth surfaces make it much easier to clean too. Working on a pot of bean stew.

I bought a single burner induction cooktop about 8 months ago and cooked with that to make sure I would like it. Induction stoves are a minimum twice as expensive as gas stoves but I am glad we finally bought it.
