I am still searching for the elusive Pizza Dough Recipe.
Have tried several have not found the one that is tasty and a bit chewy with a crisp bottom.

I used to have a great recipe for crust, but lost it. It was rough making it, cause you needed really, really COLD water.

I used a pizza stone to cook it on, and had an actual pizza peel.

Cold water is easy, just put ice in your water as you are getting everything together then just before you need it you measure it out. I have a good stone and our oven gets very hot.

I think there's something to be said about parbaking vs the extra rise without parbaking, but it also depends on your oven. I use this for pizza dough.

This is dough we sell in the store from our friend the baker down the street. It's good, but when I have the time I make dough that's just as good or better – just based on an online "NY-style pizza dough" recipe. Trick for me is letting it sit in the fridge overnight – & probably how it's cooked.
