Old laws:
In Massachusetts, if you get caught eating peanuts in church, you can be jailed for up to one year. In Provincetown, Mass., it's illegal to sell suntan oil until after noon on Sunday.
It is illegal to frighten a pigeon.
It is illegal to put tomatoes in clam chowder.*

I'm cracking myself up, going down the Google rabbit hole! Settled by Puritans, Massachusetts is loaded with strange ones!

How much time and energy I wasted, driving to NH, RI, Vermont or NY, to buy beer on a Sunday!
