Anxiety hitting me a bit tonight. Any suggestions for falling asleep that don't involve warm milk or Hot Toddy?

Take 18 really deep breaths when you get into bed. It triggers you're "safe" and let's your body know it can relax.

This is great advice. It's the hardest part of falling asleep with anxiety. Feeling safe that is.
