Update! After another chat with costumer service this morning, the parcel was declared lost and they passed the info on to the web site I ordered from and they e-mailed me and said they'd send my order again by express delivery free of charge, and extend the due date on my invoice!🥳

Is there anything more frustrating than waiting for a parcel that won't arrive?? Mine was supposed to be delivered the 11th, I still haven't received it and the tracking system isn't working... spent the morning chatting to costumer service people at the delivery company & I'm so fed up by now...🙄
