So why is she taking interviews since she was so concerned for her safety ?

I know Lent is long over, but I’m giving up MSM anyway.

In response to Lee Cochran.
Assuming this is not a rhetorical question, my first answer would be extremely poor judgment.
In addition, she probably mistakenly thinks her safety is no longer an issue since she was excused by Judge Merchan.

Guess common sense ain't so common. Because she is going to be subject to MORE vitriol and threats to her safety than she would have been if she stayed anonymous. Just my observations. Or she is a coward and didn't want to do her civic duty.

She advised friends, colleagues, and relatives were sending her messages questioning her identity as a juror.
She said she could no longer be sure she wouldn’t let outside influences affect her judgment in the case.
Be that as it may, agreeing to an interview IMO was completely uncalled for.

Normally aren't they given instructions to not mention things pertinent to the case so to avoid things like that?

Yes they are but it appears nothing about this trial will be normal.
