Liver and Onions with gravy Yay or Nay? I ate it as a child, what every my mother put on the table we ate or went hungry. Someone at work said they were making it for dinner was just curious.

The secret to juicy liver and onions is a milk soak before dredging in flour. Let that sit in fridge for 20 min before cooking.
My wife will only eat liver and onions if I make it!
