How does your garden grow?

Thinking of making May #SpoutAbout Gardening?

Our plans for this year - peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, lettuce, carrots, beans to compliment the already there garlic, raspberries, strawberries, currants, and assorted herbs. Maybe quinoa - it's fun to grow.

Strictly houseplants here. But I'll enjoy the garden talk vicariously and remember my hippy back-to-the-land farm days. Ohhh, the fresh corn and peas. Raspberries! Sigh.

I planted 40 feet of peas this year in between two large snowstorms because I'm tired of never having enough of them! 💕

I want to do peas again - because the monarchs love to use them to form their chrysalis. It's a near perfect camoflage.

Oh, cool. The peas have gone by here long before the monarchs could use them.

No such thing as too many peas, right? And the taste of them still warm from the sun. (That's a LOT of shelling!)

I grow half of them as edible podded peas. 😁
