If this didn't include the amendments to get warrants for the United States citizens, protecting our 4th amendment constitutional rights. Then the Democratic party is just as much an authoritarian party as the Republicans And will not get my support in the house and Senate in November.

I suppose I do not think about FISA used on a state or local level. The 4th Amendment is crucial to our freedom.

There are 4th amendment precedents upheld by the SCOTUS

FISA I my reasoning is a tool for corporation, cyber, and national security

I want the court to stop the next trump

FISA courts are supposed to be there to protect our civil liberties and constitutional rights. By not requiring a warrant for American citizens, it doesn't stop any of the security services from spying domestically.

You're welcome. I'm not opposed to the Democratic party, but I want them to protect the rights that are given to us in the Bill of Rights. I want them to be better. And that doesn't mean succumbing to the lures of authoritarianism because it's easy. I want them to be the party I can support

Even though I'm not supporting the Democrats in Congress, I am supporting Biden for the presidency. He delivered on one of his campaign promises for me. And I'm loyal.

My student loans were forgiven in October/november when he was correcting errors for those who had been in repayment for over 20 years. It's not like I have any extra money. But it will help my credit rating.

Good for you! Advocate for your child every day and every time! I was in 5 CSE meetings this week and wanted to scream when parents just capitulated to the school psychologist steam rolling them. As a teacher, my service recommendation can only go so far if parents don't fight for it.

When I am frustrated by the fight, I remember Denise McQuade a wheelchair user who threw herself on to the steps of a bus the first day of the accessible buses rollout because we knew they weren’t trained and did not have the bus lift keys. She sat their for 9 hours
