Re: that third point - haven’t Palestinians clearly said “No” every time a two-state solution has been offered to them, dating all the way back to 1949?

Big fallacy. 1947 partition plan offered 55% land to 12% of the population, including the city my mother was from. All other "offers" were for incongruous bundistans with no sovereignty over borders, water, seashore, or even the population registry (who gets to live there).

But doesn’t everything you said basically boil down to “Yes, you’re right, they’ve refused it every time, and here’s why”?

So if I offer you $10 for your house you'd refuse every time so it's your fault when I violently take it. Yes, we refused bundistans and rightfully so.

Believe what you will. I’m not going to bicker with you.

Just stop whining about the UN not giving Palestinians something they’ve rejected every time it’s been offered to them.

An insincere offer is not an offer. That's not my belief, that's what actually happened. Again, sell me your house for $10. I'll offer it to you many times before I take it by force and tell you that you rejected all my offers. Try and look at it from the Palestinian perspective for once.
