As expected! 👏 Congrats, man.

Question(for anyone with the knowledge), he's saying he'll appeal and present evidence Bouzy knew he was lying(said so in some manner). Can he submit new evidence in an appeal after dismissal with prejudice? Was this evidence submitted already and if not, why not?

Appeals are procedural based on finding any errors the judge made. So no new evidence can be considered. If the appellate court says the judge made no errors in law then the ruling stands .

So does this fact jive with NB saying he's arguing evidence in the appeal? Is the logic the judge made an error in evaluating the evidence (assuming it was already submitted, giving charity NB knows he can't submit new)?
