I might be in the minority on this, but I was annoyed with the pacing of Dune part 2. I loved part 1, but I just felt part 2 could've been so much better.

Not to the craziest parts, and it condenses the timeframe a bit, but I’d say it stays faithful to the main message and reinforces it.

Concur...and I LOVED part 1. There were some interesting aspects in Part 2 (more Florence Pugh, please) including glorious art direction. They left it open ended on a part 3- I wondered if that accounted for odd pace of part 2.

I liked it but I definitely get what you mean. The bits with him learning to Fremen could have been tightened and I would have fleshed out the imperial intrige/off Arrakis parts
