In response to Lola Gayle.
These non compete clauses are abused by corporations to keep low level employees at low wages. Meanwhile my hubby who has held privileged info at several companies has never been held to one or forced to sign one. (He does have to sign non disclosure agreements and would be sued if he violated them)
