There are days when life is a very heavy load, but thinking of my children has always helped me put one foot in front of the other. Writing has been a great source of inspiration as well.

What keeps you moving forward when life is weighing you down?

Lets face it, life is tough. Some days are harder than others, and that's not to be taken lightly. Mental tools work better for me personally, mind over matter. I try to remember, "if everyone threw all their problems in one big pile, you'd be quick to take yours back". Gratitude works best for me

I try to dive into hobby's too, try to divert energy into something. I build dollhouses and others miniatures, which is time consuming and demands patience and attention. I think re-focusing your thoughts is helpful too. Sometimes our inner dialog can get dark, so you have to "change the subject"

Inner dialogue can be uplifting or your downfall. It's so important to be in tune with yourself enough to change the channel when it gets dreary. That's awesome!
