Google just informed me that the wolf spider that is now running around in my house will only live to 1 or 2 y.o.
Uh huh, great, great

I really hope it was already geriatric before it was accidentally brought in. And sterile. Definitely hoping for it to be sterile!

I'm glad I didn't know this when I visited Hawaii, or lived in SF!

I found one, years ago, covered with babies, in my apartment. I was able to get it outside but a lot of the babies wandered off along the way. I should have carried it in something instead of just picking it up.
