The argument that the SCOTUS won't dare grant tfg immunity because it would give Biden immunity doesn't work for me because of the reality that what works for Republicans in this country doesn't work for Democrats. It never has.

t. In other words, we would see this white patriarchal society come down on Biden and Democrats. Look at how they depicted/whined about Obama as a tyrant when he was POTUS. The media ended Howard Dean's presidential run because of a scream.

When our institutions don't like something, they mobilize. tfg has gotten away with what he gets away with, and will continue to get away with what he gets away with, because he is a white man leading a white backlash. And that's the bottom line.
