🎭️ I honestly do not know what Chief Justice Roberts does. I think it's just a title with no power, no control. Why is he not leading the court? How does he not insist that Judge Thomas recuse himself being that the primary reason they are weighing in on presidential immunity is due to Jan 6th?

Because he can't. The Chief Justice is primarily an administrative position, nothing more. The other justices are his equals, not his subordinates, and he has no control over their behavior or decisions.

Maybe the position needs to be redefined, eh?
