That's why we have the legal standard Miller Test.

Not one challenged book has failed the Miller Test

Therefore there are no obscene books, as defined by law, in school libraries.

They're Just books you do

Thank you for posting this. I wasn't aware of The Miller Test before today.

I'm still waiting to hear from my Gov abt just which school districts were using materials & books which were inappropriate for 1st to 3rd graders.
