Q4: Writers, or want to be writers, or not writers but with an opinion - have you ever read a book you wanted to rewrite for any reason? #SpoutAbout #Books

All the time...the ghostwriter in me can't stand some of the stuff that gets published.

That's how I feel when I watch TV shows.

Oof, yeah, another good candidate for "why did this stupid shit wind up onscreen?" I think the scaling back of episodes in streaming series reduces the chances of that but it still comes up more regular than I'd like.

True. I will say all the bad stuff makes me appreciate the good stuff more.

Even within the same series, right? My go-to example on that is Smallville. Some episodes, I refuse to ever watch again. Others sing so sweet, it makes me believe the Superman story again.

Yes! It started so strong. That's how I feel about the Flash. It became completely unwatchable.

Smallville, IMO, actually got MORE watchable as the seasons rolled on. Dud episodes happened less often and Season 9 is actually my personal favorite. Still, what happened happened.
