Ok... I'm not going to read the article, I can't. But aren't there laws against such things?

Hearing things like this makes my blood boil, it makes me seriously think I may capable of shooting someone in the face for reasons other than self-defense. 👿

She would claim that the pup was dangerous, because when she grabbed it, the pup tried to bite her (I would too!).
I would guess that the law would treat it like euthanasia, unfortunately. Our society doesn't put enough value on non-human lives, or quality of life.

Right. Though some states/counties laws are stricter than others, and one may actually get a slap on the wrist for such a thing. Pathetic. 😡
