Oh no! This is awful. I'm adding to my pollinator garden and getting "bee cups" for the pollinators to stop in for a drink.

We don't need people killing bees.

I saw this thing recently where one fills a shallow bowl full of marbles and then water, so that bees can land, get a beverage, and then get back to bee stuff. Struck me as an excellent trick.

A tip for bee water stations - add the twigs and stones for them to land on AND some of the flowers they love. Lilac, dandelion flowers, salvia, and for me it’s the pink Horse Chestnut tree flowers. They need to be attracted to the water.
