I have 6 Saltines, I already ate one. I'll take my time eating, with some water. If this goes well, I'll have a few more in an hour or so. Considering a quarter glass of orange juice as well.

Thanks, James. Those Saltines were good as hell. They come with sea salt now and are pretty dang good. Except how come they're always hard to bite even even they're not stale?

I don't like Gatorade. I've gotten my electrolytes, the small amount of OJ was for sugar.

I would avoid orange juice. Too acidic if you've had a sick tummy. Try some gator-aide or sprite instead. If you don't have that, some green or black tea.

I had the OJ and it was good. It was a small amount for sugar purposes. My blood sugar can drop when I'm nauseous a lot so I'm just making sure not to let one illness lead to another.
