One of the SCOTUS judges asked Trump's lawyer if assassinating one of his political opponents could be construed as part of his official duties and therefore he would have immunity from prosecution. Wrong question. Should have asked would Biden be immune from prosecution if he had Trump killed.

Someone said the government lawyers might ask if having member la of SCOTUS killed, as part of a President’s “official “ duties, if that would have an impact on their judicial understanding.
