Said this this week in a post but if SCOTUS finds "absolute immunity," Pres. Biden should remove the Justices who vote for it, replace them, and then they should overrule the previous Court.

If they have absolute immunity, why the hell not? The point is that the president does NOT, and SHOULD NOT have absolute immunity.

Well as many have pointed out, Biden is still in office, so he, too, would have absolute immunity.
