Farro is so good. Last week I had it served as a base for salmon and really really really need to make it at home.

What are this Rabbit's fiber tips? I seldom peel carrots, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, etc. (in short, anything I can get away with not peeling) and I live on farro, quinoa, and oatmeal. I do have my eye on amaranth and sorghum. Gotta keep that palate fresh! #spoutiblecooks #spoutiblehealth

I've made it both on the stove and in my Instant Pot. It's wonderful either way. I usually make the whole bag at once and freeze it in portions. I prefer farro over rice and use it from salads to mains to soups. I'm sure there are farro desserts, I just haven't made them. Non-pearled is best, IMHO
