They say the border is a "crisis."

Why isn't HOMELESSNESS a crisis?

Why isn't HUNGER a crisis?

Why isn't LACK OF HEALTH CARE a crisis?

Why isn't RAMPANT POVERTY a crisis?

WHY?

Or, why isn't MASS SHOOTINGS a crisis?

For each one of those, the solutions require things that Republicans are dead set against.

I think it's everything that others have mentioned here. I think it's also a belief that people who need assistance with basic human care have to earn it or be deserving of it. It's not enough for some people to help others just because help is needed. Makes me sad.

Some people are just so cold hearted and cruel.
What people don't realize is that at any moment In time we could be walking In the
Shoes of someone who is disabled.

🙋‍♂️ I think I know the answer to this one! Is it because those actual crises do not motivate bigoted white men to vote for Republicans as well as the fake border "crisis"?

It's the medias amplification with no basis in facts that bothers me more than what republicans spew out of their mouths

BECAUSE IT CAN BE OVERLOOKED WHEN IT'S "AT HOME" AND CAN'T BE USED TO SCARE PEOPLE.
