It's why songs like "End Of The World", "Wild Horses" and "In The Wee Small Hours Of The Morning" land so hard in my bad times.

Uh huh

As someone who just posted day 29 and is trying to determine what to write for day 30 of World Poetry Month.

For me reading poetry should have a subtitle question "What does it mean to you?" The responses are varied, always interesting and each one is valuable

I haven't read this yet, but I can say for MYSELF, yes it definitely is. Emotions ebb and flow just like a poem does... and poems have in them the hope that someone else has felt the same.

I did my graduate research with a dance movement therapist who said “the creative process IS the healing process”. That always made so much sense to me. I’m not an expressive arts therapist but I see what I am doing as more of an assist or guide in my client’s own creative process in healing.
