Where I'm from there would be an uproar that they are an eyesore. They did that with windmills. Some people are insufferable.

After spending decades trying to get offshore wind projects done, people in this state know that protecting marine life has to be part of the plan.
This is the first I've heard about this. I think it's great, too!
