It looks like fuckface pulled the SIM card out of the parents phone and put it into a new one that I can't track.

Then he ditched the (not yet paid off) phone in the woods near the hospital.

Now I've got him for theft and impersonation, on top of everything else.

What? Even after pulling the SIM the IMEI can be tracked and traced as those numbers are given for Hardware after passing carrier qualifications. Will need carrier data access usually a warrant. That sucks not sure what happened

I can still track the original phone. I know exactly where it is right now.

It's powered off currently, but when we call, it doesn't immediately send you to voicemail like it should when it's turned off.
