Something shady here. I see zero reasons to do this. In fact, seems it'd be easier to have one product, vs two. But Nestle IMHO, has always been shady. The Euro company, tried to kill America's Hershey and M&M Mars brands in the late nighties by buying competitors and underpricing. Buy American.

Even if that's the case... why make two versions of the same product, the difference being more sugar? And why not sell both in the same areas.

I’m suggesting and again, this would be a bad way to go about it without question, if someone thought a more caloric version was needed for certain markets for whatever reason, adding sugar would do that very cheaply.
