I'm really nervous about what's going to happen tomorrow.

I get to Texarkana at midnight and have to find something to do for several hours before the busses start running so I can make my way around town.

I still need a notary and a witness for the paperwork the parent will need to sign to revoke the POA and to sign new ones placing me and my sister in charge. Anyone know someone in Texarkana who can help?

I have to get that done before fuckface has a chance to get to the hospital.

Ask the hospital. They probably have someone to help you with this.

The hospital should have a notary available.

I always use UPS for notary. Also check at the hospital. Often they have someone on-site because patients and families need them

Try the local library, too! Legal offices could probably do it, too

Since the parent can't leave the hospital, it'll have to be a mobile. The pricing seems to vary wildly among the ones who do actually post their fees.
