CoQ10 is not recommended by the FDA for any medical condition (because it hasn't be shown in trials to be beneficial). That said, statin drugs, which can cause muscle cramping, are sometimes recommended to be taken with CoQ10 to reduce cramping. No evidence for arthritis alone, tho.

Arthritis is getting worse. Especially in my hands. SIL recommended CoQ10. i read up on it a bit and thought i’d query Spoutibles what they think on that?
