Dear Spoutible friends, Something as simple as vitamin D deficiency and not consistently drinking enough water can be dangerous for your health in the long run. Please don't take these two things for granted.

The good thing is that they're easy fixes!😉

Yep! In years past, my Vit. D levels stayed depleted. Lupus & RA keeps me from being in the sun, so lack of sunlight was giving me a Vit. D shortage. Taking D³ supplements really helps a Lot! 😊
