A $1000 fine would only hurt the average person. Trump will continue to violate the gag order and the judge will continue with empty threats.

My gf is a divorce attorney and has seen people shackled and cuffed in the courtroom for ignoring court orders.

By law the judge could only fine him $1000. I think if he violates it again he will be put in jail.
