So I’m thinking about writing a cookbook that takes popular vegan recipes, and converts them to omnivore “appropriate”.

“Easily replace cashew nut butter with cream cheese, et voila!”

Don’t get me wrong, I have tremendous respect for vegans. But not so much as to hold back from a joke this good.
