what is more fundamentally american than a wedding in a wisconsin barn with your cousins as keg attendants? ya know pretty soon they’ll be passing zoning laws for the chicken dance.

As somebody who was raised in Wisconsin, can confirm. I was a Leinenkugel's man, and that was before they started making beer that was fairly good. Proper aged cheddar, summer sausage, brats with real sauerkraut, not that vinegar crap. Geez we drank a lot.

Portland Craft Beer drinkers joke.
What do Coors and sex in a canoe have in common?
Both are fucking close to water.
I will also freely admit a preference for beer that makes Germans do this, HOPPY

I'm a stout/porter lady. I like my coffee, chocolate, and beer as black and bitter as my heart 😁

I don't see the problem with this. The daily licensesing fee usually isn't that high. Charge the wedding party for that fee... like they do everything else. They just don't want to be held legally responsible for over serving wedding guest.
