Y'all know that Jack Smith is going to go to the 11th and say "Listen, Cannon is interfering in our rights to hold a trial." and they will not only agree, but they will lambast her harder than they did the last two times.

"Loose" Cannon needs to be removed. Obviously. If she is, though, and a new judge is assigned doesn't that also "reset the clock" back to zero? Won't a new judge need time to get up to speed, which will delay the trial even more. #TheDefendant wins anyway. 😠

The legal analysis I've heard said that changing judges doesn't delay the trial. The system is designed for a new judge to just be slotted in and hit the ground running.
