Can to help trump delay this trial because it's the easiest one to prove his guilt on. Not just the theft but also the cover up. Delay helps trump avoid another felony conviction and certainly jail. She will very carefully go by the book to avoid having the 11 circuit override her or remove her.

If we could see her communications the odds are good she's talking to someone connected with the defense team to ensure every possible aspect is reviewed and hearings held to continue the delays.

Now. Here's the good news. With this trial off the books, it means the insurrection trial in D.C.

Can go forward. The Supreme Court will remand the trial down to have the question of officla against personal acts determined but that should take a week. Trump may appeal but at that point the trial may kick off for what has been determined. Cannons efforts to help trump in one trial hurt him in
